Freck's Friday Fancies XXXVIII

Holy cow it was difficult to get up this morning! When I got up at 6:45 this morning, my body was still on San Diego time so it felt like 4:45 am. I can’t complain though, I had an amazing time.

We ended up going to the USS Midway on Wednesday afternoon which is a museum on an air craft carrier. It was so awesome, pictures to come. Hats off to all in the navy, not only are they hard workers, but the space within the ship is so small. I felt so claustrophobic, which is a feeling I rarely experience.

Anyway, I was welcomed back home by my bonus (woohoo!) and of course now I'm thinking about what I want to treat myself with. I think I'd like a trench coat; it’s a staple item and I want one for Spring!

I'm normally not a brand whore (I really don't care for Gucci), but I friggen love Burberry trenches and David Yurman anything. My Limited/J.Crew/Nordies combo spruced up with some "fun tights" had nothing on this sister's ensemble.

I'm already a couple pages in and loving it. For those of you who've picked up your issue, be sure to read the holiday mishaps. They're so funny!! The mishap about how the woman's oven door blowing off is the funniest.
