Latest {Refreshing} Obsession.

Cucumber water.


I swear I've consumed a gallon more water daily than normal because this is so yummy. I've also recently come down with quite the nasty cold, so this water has been even more amazingly refreshing to sip on.




Simply slice some cucumber and place in pitcher of water.



Done! Yum!

Seasonal Evolution.

So we all know how I'm loving my not-so-new-anymore console. It's proven to be an excellent investment (or lack thereof, thanks to Ikea) and it's been the center of my attention ever since it entered my apartment. Now, I know I'm a complete amateur, but I have to say I'm proud of how I've managed to keep it seasonally updated over the last year. Look at how far it's come!

Happy New Year!!

Did you have a great one? Did you stay in? Did you go out? Did you form a new tradition?

TBF and I went out and I decided to wear the first outfit. It was definitely perfect for the occasion. Speaking of outfits, we also had some GREAT people watching. How many of you who went out saw this?

There just happened to be a stage and it was full of some snooki wannabe's with tons of sequins on and the highest heels I've ever seen in Baltimore. Yikes. Did you have some good people watching?

I never ever go out for New Years. Last year, TBF and I stayed in, did a couple of fun traditions and watched the ball drop with champagne in hand. And it was awesome.

This year, we're going to Baltimore to go out with some of TBF's good friends (love them), and I'm a little concerned about my outfit. I have two options...

I got a new job where I feel a sense of accomplishment and pride daily (the majority of the time, that is).

Went to Disney World with my favorites.

I lived in a great city for the 5th year. I may be in an entirely new part of the country a new state next year...deets to come.
