Week 2 :: Work and Week 5 :: Insanity

Hooray! This week is my second week at work and my fourth week of Insanity.

I'm looking forward to getting into the gnitty gritty more at work, I'm a little tired of the training.

As for Insanity, my back is feeling a little better, and after a rough weekend of not eating so well, I'm ready to jump back on board. I'll be sure to report back with how it goes.

Moving on, can you believe it's July 19?!

Okay.

Don't be mad at me when I say this.

...I'm kind of ready for fall.

I KNOW!

No she di-in't! Yes she did.

It's horrible, but the heat is becoming ridiculous on the electric bill and it's cramping my style since I'm sweating by the time I get to work. Gross, I know, but my commute via the L is not a cool one.

You're not ready for some layering? A nice breeze with a cute scarf on? Not sweating?

Something like this?

or this?

Maybe I'm jumping the gun...maybe I just really want to wear my boots...

Happy Monday!

I am TOTALLY, 100% ready for fall. I love fall!!! And the heat is absolutely sweltering. I cannot handle more 90 degree weather! I'm totally over it!

I'm so sick of this heat and humidity. I'm over it...bring on FALL! BTW - I love Gary Poppins cheddar popcorn. So delicious.

YES! I was talking to my friend this morning and made my first "I'm ready for FALL" comment...I really am. I'm not, however, even close to ready for winter.

So, I am definitely NOT ready for fall yet, but j'adore the first top. Like, truly, am in love. Trying to decide if it is at ALL practical for work in a hospital and a nursing mom. Swoon. You seriously have the best taste and are so good about picking things out for me :) Thanks, Freck!

Hope your week is going well!!

Considering this year has been coined 'the hottest year in history', I think we're all ready for Fall. To be quite honest, I hate dressing for work in the summer. I have more fall-type clothes than summer-type anyway. So yes, let's the leaves turn colors :-)
