Let's Talk Insanity

ROAR!!! (hehe)

Have you heard of this? It's like the bigger buffer better version of P90X. I'm in no way wanting to become buff, but I could probably stand to tone up a bit and lose a few (I mean hey, can't we all?

I'd love to hear if any of you have seen anyone have great results or you've had great results yourself.

Happy Hump INSANITY Day!

too bizarre. i was just browsing through the blogsphere and read about this somewhere else but couldn't find more info. And now you're talking about it too!
Not sure if I would be up for that though, I'll stick to my running ;)

It sounds scary!! I would be all for trying it, but would probably collapse and die. I'm serious, ha ha! Let us know if you try it and it's totally fabulously awesome!

I have it and let me tell you it is seriously tough. I don't know how much you work out, but if you are in pretty good shape you'd be able to handle it. I also highly recommend P90x though :)

I just remember how Susan Powter wanted to STOP the insanity. Now P90X is bringing it back? Oy. The mind reels.

I'm still barely moving after my muscle class (strength conditioning) TUESDAY so this looks scary to me!! My brother loved P90X though.
