An award, a game, and a cake!

Being on vacation has made it a little difficult for me to focus on a blog post, but I'm now happily posting with an award from Jenn over at Jeans Friday, a game from Island Girl, and a lovely cake from another blog friend. Yep, it's going to be a long post...

Story behind this picture: 

This picture was taken at Tweet, a lovely breakfast place in Andersonville, after a long and late night out with some girlfriends. This waffle was a much needed meal and it was DELISH! I miss these old times with the girls, it's hard growing up and becoming busy and not being able to see them as often as I'd like. I sure hope that when we graduate we'll all stay or live near Chicago.

Look at this cake from Sweet Things! She may be chilly up there in Toronto but she can sure make a lovely beachy cake!

I love looking at her cakes, she's so talented!
